Posted online January 27, 2023 | 8:56 pm Decadeslong attorney and community volunteer Joe Carmichael tonight was recognized with the 2023 Springfieldian Award. Carmichael was recognized at the culmination of the annual meeting of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, which gives out the award, according to a news release. The event was held at Oasis Hotel & Convention Center. President and law firm manager of Carmichael & Neal PC, Carmichael has more than 40 years of law industry experience.
